1. Attendance

2. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 AM by the facilitator, Shekinah Joy M. Rodicol.

3. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting

The minutes of the previous meeting held on May 10, 2025 were reviewed. Mr. Punay moved to approve the minutes, and Ms. Keliste seconded the motion. The minutes were unanimously approved.

4. Business Arising from the Previous Minutes

The following items from the previous meeting were addressed:

• Update on clinical rotation schedules.

• Feedback from the preceptors on task delegation.

• Summary of student concerns regarding task clarity.

5. New Business (Agenda)

Topic: Proper Designation of Clinical Tasks for Nursing Students

The facilitator introduced the main agenda and highlighted the importance of clearly defining clinical tasks for nursing students to enhance learning and patient safety.

Discussion Points:

• Ensuring tasks align with the students' level of training.

• Strategies for clear communication between supervising nurses and students.

• Guidelines for task delegation in clinical settings.

• The role of the clinical instructor in monitoring assigned tasks.

Key Resolutions:

1. Develop a checklist of clinical tasks appropriate for each level of training.

2. Conduct a workshop on effective task communication during clinical rounds.

3. Regularly update the clinical task guidelines as students progress.

Ms. Keliste motioned to adopt the proposed resolutions, and Mr. Patigayon seconded. The motion passed with no objections.
